HOLLY REAL ESTATE COMPLETES ANOTHER LEASE AT ESPIRITO SANTO PLAZA

Wachovia Bank Takes 8,000 SF Of Ground Floor Space In
Miami’s Newest Landmark Building

Miami , Fl – Holly Real Estate announces the completion of a ten-year, 8,000 SF lease by Wachovia Bank at the Espirito Santo Plaza, located at 1395 Brickell Avenue. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Espirito Santo Plaza is currently almost 80% leased and has experienced the fastest preopening lease up of any building in Brickell’s history. William Holly, Grant Killingsworth and John Fleeman of Holly Real Estate represented the landlord in the transaction, as the exclusive office leasing agent for the property. Michael Wilson of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant.

The bank is moving from 800 Brickell Avenue, where it had signage on the north and south side of the building, to Espirito Santo Plaza, where is will have street level visibility in one of Brickell’s newest and hottest Class A buildings.

Final buildout is being completed now on Espirito Santo Plaza. While the project is expected to officially open in the Fall, a few tenants, including anchor tenant Espirito Santo Bank and Holly Real Estate, have already moved into the office portion of the Class A landmark building.
