HOLLY REAL ESTATE WELCOMES NEW TENANT REPRESENTATIVE JANINE SYLVESTRE

Miami, Fl – Holly Real Estate (HRE), one of Miami’s leading commercial real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Janine Sylvestre has joined the company as a tenant representative and investment sales expert. She will primarily focus on the Miami Beach market.

As a native Belizean, Sylvestre worked for the Government of Belize as a diplomat. Her experience included serving in a high level diplomatic position at the Embassy of Belize in Washington D.C. She also has international trade experience, gained while working as a Director at the Free Trade Area of the Americas Secretariat, then developing the export market in the Caribbean for a leading US Paper Manufacturer, Roses SW Paper Products.

Sylvestre also previously worked as the Pillar Trustee Director of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves as the main representative for Holly Real Estate, a Pillar Trustee Member, at the chamber.

In addition, Sylvestre was recently inducted as the President of the Rotary Club of Miami Beach, which meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at Nikki Beach Club in South Beach. She is the club’s fourth female president since its inception in 1937.

She received her B.S. degree in communications from Florida International University, and her M.A. degree in international studies from the University of Chile. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
