Miami, Fl – Holly Real Estate, Inc. announces that SeaDream Yacht Club signed a
long-term lease for 7,000 square feet of Class A office space at the Courvoisier Centre II
on Brickell Key, located at 601 Brickell Key Drive.
SeaDream Yacht Club is an innovative new yachting company that operates twin, ultraluxury
mega yachts, providing casual and intimate yachting experiences in the Caribbean,
Europe and South America on scheduled sailings for individuals and for full ship
chartering. It is moving its offices from Coconut Grove to Key Biscayne.
“SeaDream was looking for a location that fit its corporate personality. Courvosier’s
Class A office building with its serene island setting was the perfect choice for the
company’s corporate offices,” said David Steinfeld, a tenant representative with Holly
Real Estate who represented the company in this transaction.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
