HOLLY REAL ESTATE/TCN WORLDWIDE ANNOUNCES $2.6 MILLION SALE OF OFFICE CONDO AT 4770 BISCAYNE

Miami, Fl – Bert Checa and Yelissette Mihailitchenko of Holly Real Estate/TCN Worldwide recently completed the sale of a 4,944 square foot office condominium located at 4770 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. The space was purchased by a private investment group for $2.6 million, and is currently being leased by Wachovia Bank.

“4770 Biscayne has been the benchmark for office condo conversions in Miami-Dade County, and set a market record for the highest percentage of existing tenants converting to owners in the shortest timeframe in the county. Hudson Capital did a great job with the building’s conversion. It has a lot of appeal and is in a wonderful location. As a result, our sales efforts have been very successful,” said Checa, who is the lead investment sales broker for 4770 Biscayne.

4770 Biscayne is one of the premier office towers along the Biscayne Corridor. The luxury, 137,097 square foot, 14-story building is conveniently located just north of Downtown and east of the Design District. Originally built in 1984 and renovated in 2004 by architect Chad Oppenheim, 4770 Biscayne was converted to office condominiums by Hudson Capital, a Miami based integrated real estate firm.
