Signs 22,500 SF Office Lease At Atrium at Southpointe in Plantation

Plantation, Fl – Technical services Application Solutions Provider (ASP) Prosodie Interactive, Inc. is relocating its South Florida operations to a 22,500 SF office space at the Atrium at Southpointe building at 855 SW 78th Avenue in Plantation. The company has multiple locations throughout the U.S. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

David Steinfeld of Holly Real Estate represented the tenant in this transaction, while Ken Morris of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC represented the landlord, Atrium Holdings, LLC Landlord.

“Prosodie needed a larger space to accommodate its operational growth, and this space provided the best contiguous space, and an outstanding technology infrastructure,” said Steinfeld. “After looking at several spaces in the Sawgrass market, we quickly focused on this space as the best fit for Prosodie, and are well pleased that we were able to negotiate the deal.”

“This is a significant deal for West Broward, and shows that the market is recovering,” said Morris. “This is the first new tenant that has signed on at the property since it has been repositioned. Prosodie is a great national credit tenant, which is listed on the European stock exchange, and the caliber of tenant we’d like to continue to attract.”

The Atrium Southpointe office park recently underwent extensive renovation to both its exterior and common areas.
