HOLLY REAL ESTATE ANNOUNCES 22,000 SF
LEASE AT 4000 PONCE

Medica Healthcare Plans, Inc. Moving to South Coral Cables

Miami, Fl – Holly Real Estate has completed a 10-year lease for 22,000 SF of Class A office space in the 4000 Ponce building in South Coral Gables by Medica Healthcare Plans Inc. This is the largest lease for the 3rd quarter in Coral Gables. The lease brings the new Class A Collection Office building to over 90% leased. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

William H. Holly and Bert Checa of Holly Real Estate represented the landlord, the Collections Properties LLC, while Chris Coots and Ryan J. Ackerman of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

“Medica is relocating from a Downtown Coral Gables office space to 4000 Ponce. This development by Ugo Colombo, continues to attract high caliber tenants because of its quality finishes and superb South Coral Gables location It not only offers all the prestige of the Gables with excellent nearby restaurants and amenities, but also provides greater accessibility for employees commuting to the area,” said Holly.

4000 Ponce is a mixed-use project developed by Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group, offering 150,000 square feet of Class A office space and 34,000 square feet of prime retail space. The building is located on the corner of Bird Road and Ponce de Leon Avenue across from the Village of Merrick Park, an upscale retail and residential development by the Rouse Company.
