Lakeview Offices at Doral To Offer 300,000 SF Offices to Lease
and 140,000 SF Retail Space for Sale

Miami, Fl – Holly Real Estate/TCN Worldwide, a full service commercial real estate company, has been named the exclusive leasing and sales agent for the Lakeview Offices at Doral. This new office park is being developed by Adrian Development Group, and will consist of five buildings offering 300,000 square feet of Class A office space, and 140,000 square feet of retail. Conveniently located off 41st Street and the Florida Turnpike, the project will be a LEED certified green development, a first for the City of Doral.
