HOLLY REAL ESTATE ANNOUNCES OPENING OF JACKSONVILLE OFFICE

Miami, Fl/Jacksonville, Fl – Holly Real Estate, one of South Florida’s leading commercial real estate firms, has opened an office in Jacksonville to serve its growing client base in the area.

“We are very bullish on the Jacksonville market, and believe it presents a lot of opportunity, especially with the increased interest in Northeast Florida by South Floridians and foreign investors. We’ve been working in the area, so opening an office in Jacksonville made sense,” said Brian Cusick, COO of Holly Real Estate.

Holly Real Estate initiatives in the Jacksonville area have included marketing luxury condominium projects Water’s Edge, Augustine Island and The Waverly by Trident Realty Corp. In addition, commercial broker Laura Di Bella is marketing a 55.28-acre site with frontage on I-95 and SR 200 (A1A).

The office is located at 3840-1 Williamsburg Park Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32257 and currently houses brokers Laura Di Bella, who focuses on commercial properties, and Sasha Naimi, who focuses on residential. In addition, the company’s COO Brian Cusick, who resides in Jacksonville, splits his time between the company’s Jacksonville and Miami offices.
