KRISTINA HOLLOWAY JOINS THE
HOLLY REAL ESATE TEAM

Miami, Fl – Kristina Holloway recently joined Holly Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate firm, as an Investment Sales Representative. Her focus is on the acquisition and disposition of mid-market commercial assets. Holloway is also jointly responsible with Bert Checa for the sales of luxury office-condo projects, both new developments and existing conversions, in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, Coral Gables, and the Biscayne Corridor.

Holloway has represented the interests of corporate tenants such as John Hopkins University and AT&T Wireless in commercial property site acquisition and development in the greater Washington D.C. area.

A native South Floridian, Holloway is an active member in Professional and Community organizations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Commercial Real Estate Women network (CREW) and Leadership Miami.

She is a graduate of the University of Florida where she double-majored in business administration and psychology and with a letterman in Track & Field.
