promoted to the position of investment sales broker, focusing on office condo and office
building sales.
Checa was previously a commercial real estate broker with the company, concentrating
on landlord representation. Before joining Holly Real Estate he was graphic designer for
Reelestates.com where he developed and maintained websites for several of South
Florida’s prestigious real estate companies. He also produced and supervised marketing
campaigns for several top Miami commercial and residential brokers.
Checa received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Florida International
University. He is a member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and is a Miami
native.
