company as a commercial real estate broker is its Miami office, focusing his effort on
landlord representation. In addition, Checa will be responsible for designing and
maintaining the Holly Real Estate web page and all corporate graphic designs.
Checa was previously a graphic designer for Reelestates.com where he developed and
maintained websites for several of South Florida’s prestigious real estate companies. He
also produced and supervised marketing campaigns for several top Miami commercial
and residential brokers.
Checa received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Florida International
University. He is a member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and is a Miami
native.
