Alarcon has more than 10 years of experience in marketing, management and business
development. Before joining HRE she worked for eight years as the Executive Director
of ALACEL, the Latin American Wireless Association of the Telecom Sector.
She is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, The Coral Gables
Chamber of Commerce, The United Way Leadership for Women, The CCIM Institute,
the Next in Line organization, The Brickell Area Association and a volunteer for the
Special Olympics Florida organization.
Alarcon received her bachelor’s degree from Barry University.
