HOLLY REAL ESTATE NAMED LISTING AGENT FOR 47,000 SQUARE FEET OF NEW OFFICE AND RETAIL SPACE IN THE HEART OF CORAL GABLES

Miami, FL – In the midst of a shortage of office space in the desirable Coral Gables submarket, Holly Real Estate announced that it attained the listing for 47,000 square feet of new Class A office and retail space at 1805 Ponce de Leon Blvd named Ponce Tower.

Ponce Tower is a mixed use project comprised of 110 residential units, 26,000 square feet of Class A office space and 21,000 square feet of retail space. The office portion of the project was originally going to be completely developer-occupied. However, the developer of the project, MJF Construction Corp, has decided on a different location for its headquarters. Construction of Ponce Tower is near completion, and is expected to be finished by February of 2008.

“Demand remains strong in Coral Gables, and this is the only newly constructed office space known to be coming online in the first quarter of 2008,” added Checa. “Most of the other new construction projects in the Gables won’t be completed until 2009.”
