One of the newest additions to the Holly Sime team, Zach Winters comes to Miami all the way from Maui, Hawaii, where his interest and experience in real estate began.  He was born and raised in Las Vegas and moved to Maui in 2004 after graduating with a degree in business management from Whittier College in California. 

Zach found an investment property in Lahaina to buy and renovate, and now owns and manages fifteen separate rental units on the island.  After meeting his future wife, Zach and she decided that it was time to move back to the ‘mainland’, and they chose Miami, her hometown.  Everything is working out very well for them here.

Working as a tenant representative is a great fit for Zach.  He says, “I’ve always been able to understand other peoples’ needs and desires very intimately, as if they were my own.  Now I get to help companies find that perfect space where they, their employees, and their clients can thrive.”
