William T. Wassey is an accomplished real estate executive with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Wassey has been employed in the management, leasing and construction supervision of office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial office parks, flex and distribution space of the building, residential and medical properties.
Mr. Wassey has worked for some of the largest and most acclaimed commercial development firms such as Codina Real Estate Management (where he was President of Property Management for over 15 years),
CB Richard Ellis, Equitable Life Assurance Society. In the span of his career in Florida, he was responsible and accountable for a portfolio of several
hundred million square feet of commercial, industrial, residential,
medical, and corporate facility properties and assigned staffs. Mr. Wassey excels at contract negotiations for management and construction
supervision services as well as providing advisory, engineering and
consulting services. He also oversees management of finance departments and accounting for properties.
Mr. Wassey was the former president of BOMA and has received multiple awards from the organization. He earned his B.S. and B.B.A. at Florida International University. Through the continued support of Holly Real Estate, he currently gives his time and efforts to several charitable
non-profit organizations including Special Olympics, March of Dimes Foundation, and Alonzo Mourning Charities.
