William H. Holly is the founder of Holly Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate firm focused on private clients in Florida. Previously, Mr. Holly founded the Miami office for Insignia/ ESG; was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield and began his real estate career at Codina Bush Group. He has been active in the real estate industry since 1990. Mr. Holly was recognized as one of the top U.S. developers of the year in 2008 and was awarded the 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Holly Real Estate was awarded the prestigious 2006 Business of the Year Award by Regions Bank and the South Florida Business Journal.

Mr. Holly has a broad range of expertise in the South Florida real estate market including brokerage and development of office buildings; mixed use buildings; residential condominiums; and apartment buildings. Mr. Holly has overseen projects throughout the United States, as well as, in Mexico and Romania. He is currently developing Florida's first, Green, high-rise, Office Condominium: Miami Green and Coral Gables' first, Green Medical Office Building: Ponce Professional Center.

Mr. Holly is a founding shareholder of Apollo Bank and Coral Gables Trust where he serves on the Board of Directors. In addition, he is a founding shareholder of Florida Gulf Bank in Ft. Myers, Florida.

William H. Holly is a Coral Gables native and is the Chairman of the Board for Ransom Everglades School Board of Trustees and the past President of the Brickell Area Association. Mr. Holly also serves on the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and is the Chairman of the Capital Campaign for the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. He is the past Chairman of the Historical Museum of Southern Florida. Mr. Holly served as a councilman on the Coconut Grove Village Council (1999, 2000) and is the past Senior Warden at St. Philips Church in Coral Gables.
