Robert "Kelly" McCammon is Principal of Holly Real Estate. Previously,
Mr. McCammon was in golf and resort operations. Mr. McCammon has been active in Real Estate operations since 1992.
Mr. McCammon has a broad range of expertise in the Real Estate industry, ranging from operations of properties, development of office buildings, residential condominiums and apartment buildings. Mr. McCammon is a general partner in real estate partnerships throughout the United States and Europe. Mr. McCammon is a principal in the development of Florida's first, Green, high rise office condominium: Miami Green and Coral Gables' first, green medical Office Building: Gables Medical Green. Mr. McCammon oversees the debt, mezzanine and equity relationships for Holly Real Estate Investments.
Mr. McCammon received his B.S. degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Mr. McCammon served as a member on the Ransom Everglades Alumni Annual Campaign committee; serves on the Executive Committee for Endowment at St. Thomas Episcopal School and serves on the Executive Committee of the Special Olympics.
