Randy J. Olen joined Holly Sime Realty in May 2009 as Principal.    Mr. Olen has been a top commercial broker in the Miami area for more than 28 years resulting in unparalleled knowledge of the South Florida commercial real estate market.  Prior to joining Holly Sime Realty, Mr. Olen served as Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis in the Brokerage Services Division and was a founder of the Insignia/ESG Miami office with William Holly.  His commercial real estate experience also includes a long tenure as Senior Director of Office Leasing for Cushman & Wakefield.    He is particularly effective in solving complex real estate problems.  His knowledge and experience allows him to create value-added services for clients throughout the entire real estate process, including analyzing the markets, identifying specific client needs, lease negotiations and client move-in.  He is often described as "the professional's professional." 

Mr. Olen's focus in asset services and commercial sales for prominent office properties include clients such as CBRE Investors, Prudential Insurance Company, Swire Properties, General Electric and Taylor Simpson.  Commercial sales include the sale of the Colonnade Office and Hotel from Baccardi Family Interests to Taylor Simpson and the sale of 801 Brickell to TIAA-CREF.  Mr. Olen has also represented some of the nation's best-known corporations, including Ernst & Young, The Rockefeller Group, Del Monte, Texaco and RTKL.  His many accomplishments include the 19 office buildings recapitalization and sale to the State of Utah by CBRE Investors, earning recognition as the 2004 South Florida Business Journal "Deal of the Year."
