Rafael I. Peruyera has over 26 years of commercial real estate development experience. Rafael leads the conceptual planning, entitlements, pre-design, development strategies, budgeting, scheduling, and construction for Holly Real Estate. Previously, a Sr. Vice President for Development for Terra Group, Mr. Peruyera was responsible for 900 Biscayne Bay, a 52 story, 580 unit luxury condominium, Metropolis at Dadeland, a 206 unit luxury condominium and Miami Herald Master Development Plan for a 10 acre parcel in the heart of Miami's Performing Arts District consisting of 1,800 condominium units, a 150 key luxury hotel, and 900,000 sf retail space.
Rafael has also consulted management of design and construction projects for JW Marriot Hotel, a 300+ room 5-star hotel on Brickell Avenue, as well as Exxon Land Development Corp - 300 space parking garage in Coral Gables. (Mr. Peruyera was a commissioned officer in the US army, attaining the rank of Captain). He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1982. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Miami Children's Museum.
