Marcel Korman oversees the operations of Adler buildings and directs how each asset is managed, continually improving properties to consistently raise their value.

Korman’s responsibilities at Adler include evaluating properties and building systems to maintain quality standards and best practices, maximizing efficiencies, achieving cost-effective improvements and extending the useful life of building infrastructure. He performs site inspections, reviews blueprints, evaluates work proposals and coordinates property managers, vendors, contractors and consultants.

Korman also originated and implemented Adler Green Innovations, an adaptation of LEED for existing buildings rating system. He is a LEED Accredited Professional as well as a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida.

Korman has over 20 years of experience. Before joining Adler, Korman worked with Lenko Corp in general contracting and as owner representation for improvements and property management. He also previously served as an IBM systems engineer.

Korman earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from McGill University. He also attended York University, studying Business Administration and earned IBM Certification.
