Marc H. Pearl, a Miami native of 51 years, recently joined Holly Real Estate as Vice President of Leasing, specializing in Landlord Representation.  Previously, he was Senior Commercial Associate responsible for investment sales and leasing at Colliers Abood Wood-Fay. He brings an extensive and diverse background, offering his clients professional representation in their commercial real estate interests, including market research, site selection, lease negotiation, pro-forma projections and investment analysis.

Mr. Pearl graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Tulane University, New Orleans in 1979.  He began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1984 in New Orleans with a specialty in landlord representation, on the team responsible for the leasing of 1,500,000 square feet of class-A commercial office space on behalf of the co-developers, Schlessinger Family Interests/Equitable Life.

He has been an active Florida Real Estate Broker and real estate investor in S. Florida since 1988.  While an associate of Codina Bush Realty, Mr. Pearl was the exclusive landlord representative, and was responsible for the successful leasing of the 235,000 square foot Museum Tower, the 294,000 square foot SBS Tower in Coconut Grove, the Baptist Hospital Medical Arts Building and 1390 Brickell Avenue office buildings; and also represented numerous office tenants with their leasing requirements.   He is a candidate member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute. Along the way, he has negotiated hundreds of commercial lease transactions.

Mr. Pearl was a co-founder and served as President/C.E.O. of Premiere Centers for Cosmetic Surgery, Inc. He was directly responsible for site selection, design, construction, licensing and accrediting of three de novo surgical facilities throughout South Florida . As a successful business owner himself, he brings his real estate clients that added insight.
