Laura Di Bella earned her real estate license in late 2001 and has been a member of Holly Real Estate's sales team since July 2006. Since her commencement with HRE, she has represented a variety of commercial and high end residential transactions. Her main focus under HRE is in investment sales among fractured condominium multi-family units and unimproved land throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Holly Real Estate, from August 2002-July 2006, Di Bella held the position of co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Image Marketing & Special Events, Inc., a promotional marketing and staffing company based out of Boynton Beach, Florida. Though her tenure at Image she earned invaluable experience and insight related to marketing strategy, negotiation, management and multi-tasking. In her spare time she represented numerous real estate transactions under Addison Mizner Realty, Coldwell Banker and Arvida Realty Services.

Di Bella, a Florida native, attended Cardinal Gibbons High School in Ft. Lauderdale and graduated from the University of Florida in 2001, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management with a Minor in Business Administration.

She is currently involved in national and local organizations such as the National Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County, the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, the Urban Land Institute, the University of Florida Alumni Association and the Pace Center for Girls.

Holly Real Estate, www.hollyre.com, is a full service real estate company, providing leasing, sales, development and consulting services in Florida. The firm currently represents a number of South Florida's most prestigious office properties, including the Espirito Santo Plaza on Brickell Avenue, 55 Miracle Mile in Downtown Coral Gables and 4000 Ponce de Leon in South Coral Gables. In addition, the firm has completed and is in the process of converting several successful condo conversions including Keystone Bay and Keystone Towers just south of Aventura, Coral Way Gardens near Coral Gables, Melrose Court in Tampa and Emerald Place in Hollywood. Holly Real Estate is also responsible for the development of Miami Green, the first Green office high-rise building in Miami.
