Jonathan Sherman is a member of the Landlord leasing team at Holly Sime Realty.  Mr. Sherman has teamed with Randy Olen who he worked with previously at CB Richard Ellis.

Prior to Holly Sime Realty Mr. Sherman worked in real estate at CB Richard Ellis in Miami. Working for Sim Wilson and Randy Olen, Jonathan was the junior member involved on a team that was in charge of the landlord representation for such buildings as 777 Brickell, The Lincoln, Brickell Financial Center, & Mayfair in the Grove. His main project was at the Mayfair where he was responsible for working with the management team to strategically market and bring several new retail tenants in to the center.  While at CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Sherman also worked for the Institutional Group under Christian Lee and Charles Foschini. Here he gained invaluable experience in banking and the real estate financial markets. Mr. Sherman was responsible for researching and analyzing commercial transactions done by foreign institutional buyers in the Miami market as well as throughout the country. Mr. Sherman is a specialist in analyzing the real estate markets and through his work has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the Miami marketplace.
    
Born and raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan, Jonathan began working in the real estate business at the age of eighteen at Kemp & Sherman Company.  Jonathan graduated from the University of Michigan in 2009 with a BA in Economics and History. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
