Janine Sylvestre joined Holly Real Estate in April 2007 and specializes in Tenant Representation primarily in the Greater Miami Beaches area. Ms. Sylvestre has helped leading law firms and multi-national companies locate new office space and negotiate lease renewals.
Ms. Sylvestre has international trade experience, having served at the Free Trade Area of the Americas Secretariat and through her work for Roses SW Paper Products, a leading U.S. paper manufacturer. Through her efforts, Janine managed to open a multi-million dollar export market in the Caribbean.
A native of Belize, Ms. Sylvestre has worked for the Government of Belize as a Diplomat at the Embassy of Belize in Washington D.C. Currently, Ms. Sylvestre is Honorary Council of Belize in Florida.
Ms. Sylvestre's previous experience includes working as the Pillar Trustee Director of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, is the President of the Rotary Club of Miami Beach and is a lector at Saint Patrick Church in Miami Beach.
Janine received a B.S. degree in communications from Florida International University, and a M.A. degree in international studies from the University of Chile. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
