Previously, Mr. Lucas owned Windsor Heights Country Club, a 140 acre parcel of commercial and residential property including a public golf club, restaurant and housing development. Mr. Lucas also served as the Vice President of Ducas Enterprises negotiating multimillion dollar acquisitions and dispositions including the acquisition of 1500-acres consisting of a championship golf course and 660 residential lots.

Mr. Lucas is a Professional Golf Competitor who competed on the PGA and Buy.com tours. As a golf professional at Army Navy Country Club he has worked with Congressmen, Senators, Ambassadors and even the former President of the United States.
