properties in South Florida. He transitioned his relationships and
experience into the development of office parks and ancillary care
facilities. After working in the medical property field, Mr. Guilford
managed numerous regional and local retail centers for private clients.
He has successfully completed lease transactions with Barnes & Nobles,
Pollo Tropical, Borders Books , Office Max and Staples. Turning his focus
to the office brokerage, Mr. Guilford has successfully serviced clients such
as Interval International, Therrill Basden Meyer Weiss, P.A., Sony Latin
America and the Miami Dade County Court System. In 1992, Mr. Guilford
transacted the two (2) largest leases in the City of Coral Gab
Gregg was born in the City of Gables where he still resides. For over fifty
(50) years his family has been the leading land use law practice in the
City of Coral Gables. Through this conduit, his relationship with City Hall
is personal and available. He is proficient at resolving use issues and
occupancy obstacles that serve to expedite the end results for his clients.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Economics
from Florida State University. He was an officer of Sigma Alpha Epsilon
and continues to serve his community and profession today. He has
completed the CCIM curriculum and Accredited Buyer Representative
designation and he holds his SREA certification. He currently sits on the
Board of Realtors Commercial Alliance and the International Investment
Committee. Mr. Guilford is a past Trustee of the South Florida Historical
Museum, active member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce; he
works with Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes and the Boys and Girls
Club of Miami.
