Chris Willits is a graduate the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology.  Mr. Willits came to Miami after graduating college where he gained invaluable experience in the Construction industry.  Chris was an assistant superintendant for Facchina-McGaugan, a construction firm based out of Columbia, Maryland, building high-rise condominiums in Midtown Miami.  His previous experience allows Mr. Willits to give a thorough analysis of the upfront costs associated with construction and development for his clients.  Mr. Willits was recruited by Holly Real Estate in May 2008 to provide comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace combined with extensive understanding of the expense of relocation and construction that affects tenants in today’s market. Mr. Willits is part of the tenant representation team at HollySime realty that is responsible for a 30% market share of the Coral Gables Submarket.

Mr. Willits is an active member of the community serving as an assistant lacrosse coach at the Ransom Everglades upper school.
