Brian T. Cusick is President of the Brokerage Division for Holly Real Estate, a full service Commercial Real Estate firm focused on private clients in Florida. Mr. Cusick has been with Holly Real Estate since 2003. He began his career with Holly Real Estate as a management consultant and was asked to join the firm as Executive Vice President in 2005.

Mr. Cusick has over 18 years of experience in operations, sales, and consulting. He joined the firm after owning and operating CyberCapital and Fiscal Outlook; was the Vice President at United Tape Company and was also the leading sales associate for Knowlagent, G&K Services, Inc, and Killearn Properties. Prior to joining Holly Real Estate, Mr. Cusick worked for Knowlagent as a Regional Sales Manager where he sold Enterprise Software to The Fortune 150 Telecommunications, Financial Service, Insurance, Consumer Product and Retail Companies.

Knowlagent's software improved the effectiveness of Agents in Call Center Operations. Customers included T-Mobile, Coca-Cola Enterprises and The Home Depot. Mr. Cusick sold over $12 Million in software and related services while implementing programs that improved repeat business from Fortune 500 customers by over 800%.

Mr. Cusick was awarded an athletic football scholarship to play for Louisiana State University, where he was a member of two Southeastern Conference Championship Teams. Brian received a B.S. degree in Social Science from Florida State University.

Mr. Cusick is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife and 3 children. Mr. Cusick divides his time between Holly Real Estate's Miami, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and Ft. Myers offices.
