Billy Bagwell brings over 25 years experience in strong sales and leadership. He is a commercial real estate associate for Holly Real Estate who specializes in investment sales, retail and land. As a former commercial sales associate for Coldwell Banker, Billy received the 2006 Coldwell Banker President's Elite award presented only to the top 2% producers in the nation. In 2007 Coldwell Banker again awarded him with the President's Premier Rookie of the Year Award.

Bagwell was formerly President of Payne Mill Antiques, Inc, as well as the founder and owner for Mid-Georgia Monument Corporation and Bagwell Exterminating Company. His true management skills come from his football coaching days for Jonesco Academy. In addition, he is the former Chief of Police for the City of Gray, GA.

Billy is currently a member of Gray United Methodist Church and former chairman for the American Heart Association in Jones County. He is also the former chairman for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Bagwell continues to also serve as a charter member, Board of Directors, for Jones County's Rotary Club, and he is the current President for the Jones County Lions Club, Masonic Lodge.
