Bill Beckman concentrates on commercial real estate specializing in office leasing/sales on behalf of landlords and tenant representation. He has recently been directly responsible for over $15 million in leasing transactions.

He came to the firm with a background in the healthcare field where he was the Regional Manager of Datex-Ohmeda/Spacelabs Medical, promoting capital equipment in seven states. He was with the company for twelve years where he received numerous awards for customer service and marketing excellence in addition to being consistently recognized in the top 5% percent of all company representatives during his tenure.  Prior to this, Beckman was with Lanier Worldwide as a major/national account manager.  He was responsible for the sales, distribution and administration of office automation equipment within South Florida for Fortune 500 corporations throughout the United States .

Originally from the Midwest , Cedar Rapids , Iowa , and the son of a large animal veterinarian, Beckman traveled east and received his Captain’s license operating vessels up to 100 tons.  He was eighteen years of age, one of the youngest on the East Coast, allowing him to finance his college education.

Mr. Beckman has lived in South Florida since 1981 and resides in Miami Shores with his two boys and “Buddy” the Golden Retriever.  He is an active member with leadership roles in the United Way of Miami-Dade, and Miami Dade Public Schools .

Bill Beckman graduated in 1984 from the University of Florida with a degree in Microbiology and Chemistry.
