Mr. Bailey is best known for his property management and leasing leadership in the real estate industry for achieving a 100% occupancy rate (with the highest rental rates in the market) for Alhambra Towers, a 175,000 sf., Class A+ office building in Coral Gables, Florida.
Mr. Bailey received his M.S. degree in Mass Communications at Florida International University , Miami , Florida and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration - Real Estate from the University of Florida , Gainesville , Florida
