As Vice President of Property Management, Alice Durand is currently
responsible for the oversight of the management team for an extensive real estate portfolio comprised of properties from Central to Southern Florida. She provides overall supervision and strategic direction for the Holly Real Estate Property Management division. Her responsibilities also extend to include investor relations, asset management and marketing.
Alice Durand has over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Holly Real Estate/TCN Worldwide, she managed
several million square feet of office, industrial, retail and multi-family
assets for private and corporate clients in the South Florida region.
As an expert in this field, she controls daily issues and opportunities on behalf of the individual client, institution, investor or partnership.
Alice Durand is an R.P.A (Real Property Administrator), BOMA designation. A graduate of Saint Thomas University, Miami, Florida, with a B.A. in Sports Administration and a minor in Communication Arts, at which time she researched the facility management of Florida based sports venues and participated in news broadcasting & reporting.
A proactive member of the South Florida community, Durand is an avid participant of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, March of Dimes Foundation and Greenpeace USA.
